Melissa Holdaway is an accomplished senior executive with almost three decades of experience leading award-winning organizations that produce results. Melissa has founded and led multiple accredited public charter schools and has a deep understanding of charter school operations, state, federal, and private grants, facility financing, construction, and tax-exempt bonds.

Sarah Rabbani is a distinguished program management professional with a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement across multiple industries, including education. With extensive experience in product development and advertising, she expertly leads the development and implementation of strategic processes at FUSE, including client onboarding and project management.
Before coming to FUSE, Sarah served as Associate Director of Product at GroupM, WPP, where she led the development of proprietary advertising software, focusing on cross-functional collaboration, data-analysis and strategic roadmap execution. Additionally, her role at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College (MLFTC) enhanced her expertise in educational program management and client service frameworks, directly aligning with her current work at FUSE.
